LAST WEEK OF SCHOOL: AM SCHEDULE!!

Just wanted to remind everyone that next week we come to school in the AM all week. (8:10-11:50am)

Monday - School BBQ (after pickup @ lunchtime)

Tuesday - Field Day (all morning)

Wednesday - Collect Red Bags and empty Chair Pockets

Thursday - Make sure all books are returned or fines paid.

Friday - Last Day of Kindergarten (HAPPY SUMMER!!)

Field Day is next Tuesday, June 3rd!!

I could use help next Tuesday from 1-2 parents with Field Day.  We will be breaking the class into small groups, then rotating outside to participate in various events.  It is a lot of fun, but without parental support it can get crazy REAL FAST!!  Please email me or talk to me at pickup if you are available to help.  Thanks!!

4 DAY WEEKEND!! HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!!

Just wanted to remind you all that we do not have school this Friday through Monday in observance of Memorial Day.  Have a wonderful extended weekend with your family.  The weather is supposed to be incredible, so I hope that you spend some time outside!!  See you all again on Tuesday.

Connolly Ranch Field Trip next Monday!!

Just a reminder that our Kindergarten classes will be travelling to Napa next Monday to visit the Connolly Ranch.  This will be a fun and exciting field trip (and our first one in over 5 years).  Students come to school in the AM (8:15am) and we will load the buses and depart for our adventure at 9am.  Students should dress comfortably for a day at the Ranch, and should also bring a lunch (we will eat there).

There are many fun things we will get to do.  Besides a tour of the Ranch, we will get to learn about farm life, farm animals, planting/harvesting crops, and many other cool things.  There is a bit of something for everyone, and is sure to be a highlight to our school year.

We will leave the farm around 12:30 and plan on arriving back to school at 1:30 for pickup.  Thanks for turning in the permission slips and for the many parent helpers that have signed up to join us on the trip.
